John W. Maver formerly of Lake Forest
A graveside service for John W. Maver , 82, of Pasadena , Calif. , will be held at 11 a.m. today, at Lake Forest Cemetery . Born Nov. 16, 1919 , in Chicago , he passed away Saturday, Oct. 19, 2002 , at Huntington Memorial Hospital in Pasadena . Mr. Maver had been a resident of Lake Forest until 1960, when he moved to California . Prior to his retirement, he had been employed by the Durkee Food Corporation. Surviving are his wife, Nancy Maver of Pasadena ; daughters, Bonnie Jean (Jerry) Haahr of Atlantic, Iowa, and Mary Lynne (Alan) Cope of Hampton, Australia; sister, Isabelle Brumm of LaBelle , Fla. ; and six grandchildren.
